Okay, so I've decided that I'm going back to Trent in the summer to get my Honours degree so that I can go to teacher's college. That's what I've learned by doing my SSW placement at a school - I want to teach children. So another 2.5 years of school for me.
I also went to replace my nose stud yesterday with one Jaime gave me for our anniversary (woohoo!!!), and I couldn't get it back in again - so I went to a piercing studio today to get it back in again and randomly decided to get my belly button pierced while I was there. Didn't hurt in the least, although it's hurting now 'cause my jeans are rubbing it. Oh well. Now I want to get another one though - it's becoming an addiction - one I never thought I'd have.
Speaking of addictions - I am one month smoke free as of today - last summer, I was a pack a day smoker, but now I'm a NON-smoker! I'm so happy!
I'm getting so much healthier now too - I did a back bridge as a demonstration for the kids today in gym class (they were doing gymnastics and dance) and my blood sugar and blood pressure are under control. We're trying to go to the gym on a regular basis, and Jaime makes healthy meals every day. I haven't lost much weight yet, but I feel so much better, it's awesome!
Anyhow, gotta run, but I'll try to post more soon.
